The internet has been a very helpful tool in my success as not only a photographer, but also a student. The following list is composed of ways I use the internet.
- Business: Free promotion of business via the internet is simple and often successful. This is an old blog I used for my wedding photography. Now, I often resort to using my Facebook page for easier access of my clients.
- Social Media: Staying connected via the web has drastically impacted the way I communicate. Many of my deals and business associates have been an internet and social media based relationship.
- Networking: "Word of mouth" is much easier online. Promoting my business via different networks has gained my business attention.
- Entertainment: Of course, I use the internet for entertainment purposes. Whether that be on website such as YouTube or Reddit, I always have access to the web.
- Education: Online classes along with the vast amount of information of the web has given me a jump start in my education. If I'm not sure what an answer is, or am just curious on a subject, I'm just one Google away from finding out.
